Productivity app that allows gig workers to make the most out of their time!
DotTrax is a tap-first tracking app built for delivery drivers who want a quick, visual way to understand their day. Every accept, decline, unassign, session, earning, expense, note, and offer can be tracked in one place — giving you a clear picture of your acceptance rate, completion rate, earnings, distance, trends, and delivery history.
Instant visual history:
A 100-dot grid shows your latest delivery decisions at a glance — green for accept, red for decline, and grey for empty spaces.
Clear driving metrics:
Track Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate, Today’s Accepts, Today’s Declines, session earnings, current hourly rate, and delivery progress from the Home screen.
Tap-first workflow:
ACCEPT, DECLINE, MULTIPLIER, UNASSIGN, UNDO, RESET, SEARCH NOTES, STATS, SETTINGS, HELP, and MANAGE TODAY are all built for fast use while working.
Drop-Off Multiplier:
Use the multiplier when one accepted offer includes multiple drop-offs. The multiplier adds extra drop-off progress without counting extra accepts, making it useful for stacked or multi-order deliveries.
Smarter dot control:
Long-press a dot to open Dot Options. You can view details, recolor dots, keep meaning rings visible, edit linked offer details, delete dots, and undo deleted dots or multiplier groups.
DotTrax gives you a rolling 100-dot view of your latest decisions. The Home screen shows your accept/decline pattern visually, while automatically updating acceptance and completion tracking.
If offer logging is enabled, accepted dots can also show saved details like offer name, amount, Base, Tip, Total Time, Multiplier Offer details, Note, and Feedback. Declined offers can also be logged separately for better decision review.
Enable the optional 10 Dot Grid for compact per-10 tracking. It has its own ACCEPT, DECLINE, UNASSIGN, and UNDO controls, while still respecting your chosen Dot Flow direction.
This is useful when you want a smaller quick-glance tracker alongside the main 100-dot grid.
DotTrax can do more than mark accepts and declines. With offer prompts enabled, you can save details for accepted and declined offers.
Accepted offers can include:
Offer name
Amount
Optional Base and Tip split
Automatically calculated Total
Total Time
Optional Note
Optional thumbs up/down Feedback
Multiplier Offer details for multi-drop orders
Declined offers can be saved separately, giving you a better record of what you passed on and why.
Manage Today keeps your daily work data organized in one place.
Track:
KM/Mi
Start, pause, resume, and finish session details
Earnings
Expenses
Notes
Accept history
Session summaries
Earnings per hour
Earnings per KM/Mi
When you finish a session, DotTrax can calculate your total distance, total earnings, hourly earnings, and earnings per KM/Mi. You can also update KM/Mi history later if more earnings are added after the session.
Add, edit, delete, sort, and export labeled entries for earnings and expenses. Expense labels can be used for items like fuel, maintenance, insurance, supplies, and other work-related costs.
This makes DotTrax useful not only during a shift, but also when reviewing totals for reports, taxes, or personal tracking.
Add notes for jobs, shifts, deliveries, issues, reminders, or anything else you want to remember. Notes can include thumbs up/down feedback, can be edited later, and are grouped by month in History.
Accepted offers can also have linked notes and feedback, so you can keep delivery-specific context tied to the offer it belongs to.
Search Notes lets you quickly find saved notes by keyword, number, date, title, body text, or feedback marker. You can access note search from Home or Manage Today, making it easier to jump back to important entries without digging through History.
The Stats screen helps you understand your driving patterns across multiple time frames:
Today

Month
3 Months
1 Year
2 Years
3 Years
Depending on your logged data, DotTrax can show insights such as offer totals, accepts, declines, best days, busiest hours, trends, merchant performance, averages, and comparisons against the previous matching time frame.
This helps you spot when you earn best, which time blocks perform better, and how your delivery activity changes over time.
History stores your longer-term records, including:
KM/Mi History
Earnings
Expenses
Accept History
Accept Offers History
Decline Offers History
Notes History
Backup & Restore tools
You can expand sections, sort entries, edit saved data, delete items, export records, and manage your saved history. DotTrax keeps up to 3 years of history on-device and may remind you to back up before older data is removed.
Export your data in TXT or CSV format for review, reporting, or tax preparation.
Export options include:
Accept History
KM/Mi History
Earnings
Expenses
Notes
DotTrax also supports local backup and restore for your app data, including dots, histories, notes, settings, offer data, multiplier data, dot colors, dot flow, oil reminder settings, and other important tracking information.
Notes-only backups can also be shared or merged without creating duplicates.
DotTrax can be kept simple or made more detailed depending on how you drive.

KM/Mi distance unit
Dot Flow direction
Light/Dark mode
10 Dot Grid toggle
Dot Meaning Ring
Session Button
Accept Offer Prompt

Reset and Undo Reset tools
The settings help button can show or hide descriptions under each setting, so the app stays cleaner once you already know what everything does.
DotTrax includes an optional oil change reminder tool. Set your oil interval and choose how far later you want to be reminded if you snooze it. The reminder follows your selected KM/Mi unit and helps keep maintenance tracking connected to your delivery driving.
DotTrax includes onboarding and update walkthroughs to help you set up the app your way. You can keep things simple with basic usage, or turn on more detailed tracking tools for offers, sessions, notes, stats, and maintenance reminders.
DotTrax helps delivery drivers track, understand, and improve their own work patterns.
It is not affiliated with any delivery platform. Your data is yours, stored locally, and controlled by you.
