App Data You Provide: DotTrax allows you to track your delivery acceptance and completion rates. All data you input (accept, decline, unassign, etc.) stays on your device unless you choose to back it up manually.

Device Information: Limited technical data (such as crash logs or error reports) may be collected automatically by app stores (Google/Apple), not by DotTrax.
On-Device Tracking: Your history of actions (accept, decline, etc.) is saved locally to calculate acceptance and completion rates.
No External Sharing: We do not transmit or share your personal data with third parties.
Diagnostics: If the app crashes, anonymous crash logs may be reported by Google Play or the App Store to help improve stability.
DotTrax does not collect, sell, rent, or trade your data.
Data remains on your device unless you explicitly export or back it up yourself.
All stored information remains on your phone.
We encourage you to secure your device with a password, PIN, or biometric lock.
DotTrax is not directed to children under 13.
We do not collect personal information from children.
You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the app.
DotTrax does not retain or access your information once deleted.
