DotTrax is a fast, visual tracker for delivery drivers. It helps you track accepts, declines, unassigns, drop-offs, sessions, KM/Mi, earnings, expenses, notes, offers, and long-term driving history.
The Home screen is your main tracking screen.
• 100-dot history: The main grid tracks your latest 100 actions. Green dots are ACCEPT, red dots are DECLINE, and grey dots are empty.
• Acceptance Rate: Shows how many of your last 100 visible actions were ACCEPT.
• Completion Rate: Tracks how many ACCEPTs were not later marked UNASSIGN.
• Today’s Accepts: Shows your current day’s accepted offers.
• Today’s Declines: Shows your current day’s declined offers.
• Session totals: When session tracking is active, the Home screen can also show session earnings and current $/hr.
• Dot details: Tap a filled dot to view its timestamp. If offer logging was used, the dot can also show saved offer details such as name, amount, Multiplier Offer details, Base, Tip, Total Time, Note, and Feedback.
• ACCEPT: Adds one accepted offer to the 100-dot tracker. If Accept Offer Prompt is enabled, DotTrax can ask you to save offer details.
• DECLINE: Adds one declined offer to the 100-dot tracker. If Decline Offer Prompt is enabled, DotTrax can ask you to save declined offer details.
• MULTIPLIER: Use this when one accepted offer contains multiple drop-offs. Tap to apply the current multiplier, or long-press to choose a different multiplier.
• UNASSIGN: Marks your latest ACCEPT as unassigned and updates completion-related totals.
• UNDO: Reverses your most recent Home action.
• RESET: Clears the current tracker state. If available, Undo Reset can restore the latest reset snapshot.
• SEARCH NOTES: Opens the note search tool.
• STATS: Opens the Stats screen.
• MANAGE TODAY: Opens the daily work screen for sessions, earnings, expenses, notes, and summaries.
• SETTINGS: Opens display, tracking, session, offer, and tool settings.
• HELP: Opens the in-app user guide.
• Session Button: If enabled in Settings, Home can also show START, PAUSE, RESUME, and FINISH session controls.
Long-press a dot on the main 100-dot grid to open Dot Options.
• View or manage details tied to that dot.
• Recolor a dot.
• Reset a custom color back to default.
• Use Dot Meaning Ring to keep a green or red outer ring around recolored ACCEPT and DECLINE dots, so their meaning stays clear.
• If an ACCEPT has a saved offer, Dot Options can open Edit Offer so you can update saved offer details later.
• Delete a selected dot.
• If the dot belongs to a multiplier group, deleting one dot deletes the whole multiplier group.
• UNDO can restore deleted single dots and deleted multiplier groups.
Settings let you decide how simple or detailed DotTrax should be.
• Distance Unit: Switches between kilometers and miles.
• Dot Flow: Changes the direction both dot grids fill.
• Mode: Switches between light and dark appearance.
• 10 Dot Grid: Shows or hides the compact tracker card.
• Dot Meaning Ring: Keeps ACCEPT and DECLINE meaning visible even when dot colors are changed.
You cannot change Distance Unit while a driving session is active. Finish the session first, then change the unit.
• Session Button: Shows or hides the quick Home shortcut for session controls.
• Accept Offer Prompt: Controls whether the ACCEPT Offer form appears after ACCEPT.
• Split Accept Amount: Changes the ACCEPT Offer form from one Amount field to separate Base and Tip fields, with Total calculated automatically.
• Decline Offer Prompt: Controls whether the DECLINE Offer form appears after DECLINE.
• Accept Offer Notes: Adds optional Note and Feedback controls to accepted offers.
• Oil Change Reminder: Lets you track oil-change distance reminders using your selected KM/Mi unit.
• Settings Help: The small ? button in Settings shows or hides helper text under each setting row.
• Reset: Clears current tracker state. If available, Undo Reset can restore the latest reset snapshot.
Use the multiplier when one accepted order contains multiple drop-offs.
• Tap the multiplier button to apply the current value.
• Long-press the multiplier button to choose a different value.
• Multipliers add extra drop-off progress only. They do not add extra ACCEPTs.
• Multiplier-created dots show a small X so grouped drop-offs are easy to spot.
• If you delete one dot from a multiplier group, the whole group is deleted together.
• Deleted multiplier groups can be restored with UNDO when available.
The 10 Dot Grid is an optional compact tracker that can be enabled in Settings.
• It uses a small 10-dot layout for quick per-10 tracking.
• It has its own ACCEPT, DECLINE, UNASSIGN, and UNDO actions.
• UNASSIGN marks the latest ACCEPT in the 10 Dot Grid as unassigned.
• Dot Flow also affects how the 10 Dot Grid fills.
• The 10 Dot Grid is useful when you want a smaller quick-view tracker alongside the main 100-dot grid.
Offer Logging lets DotTrax save more detail behind your ACCEPT and DECLINE actions.
When Accept Offer Prompt is on, DotTrax can ask you to save offer details after an ACCEPT.
Accepted offers can include:
• Offer name
• Amount
• Base and Tip, if Split Accept Amount is enabled
• Automatically calculated Total
• Total Time
• Note
• Feedback
• Multiplier Offer details
If Accept Offer Notes is on, accepted offers can include an optional Note and thumbs up/down Feedback.
Some accepted offers may be saved as a Multiplier Offer.
This is useful when one ACCEPT contains multiple related order names under one combined total amount.
Multiplier Offer entries can also include:
• Total Time
• Note
• Feedback
• Multiple related offer names
• Combined total amount
When Decline Offer Prompt is on, DotTrax can ask you to save declined offer details after a DECLINE.
Saved offer data can feed Home totals, Stats, and History. You can edit saved ACCEPT offer details later from Dot Options on the matching dot.

• Notes are grouped by month.
• You can edit or delete notes later.
• Notes can be searched from the Search Notes tool.
• Notes can be exported as TXT or CSV.
Accepted offers can also have linked notes and feedback when Accept Offer Notes is enabled.
Search Notes lets you quickly find saved notes by text.
• Search by keyword, number, date, title, or note content.

• Restore: Replaces current app data with the data from a selected backup file.
• Notes Backup/Restore: Lets you back up or restore notes separately.
• Notes Merge: Notes backups can be merged without creating duplicates.

Regular backups are recommended, especially before switching devices, clearing history, or removing old data.
DotTrax includes optional oil-change reminder tools.
• Enable the oil reminder in Settings.
• Set your oil interval.
• Choose a snooze distance.

• Onboarding helps new users choose basic settings.
• What’s New shows recent update highlights.
• You can choose a simple setup or enable more advanced tracking tools.
• Skipping What’s New keeps your current settings as they are, and settings can be changed later.
• Why does ACCEPT only increase by one when I use a multiplier?
Because multipliers add extra drop-offs, not extra accepts.
• Why are ACCEPT, DECLINE, or multiplier buttons disabled?
If you use the Session Button setting, those actions only work while a session is active and not paused. Start or resume the session first.
• How do I hide the Home session shortcut?
Turn off Settings → Session Button.
• How do I stop the offer popups?
Turn off Accept Offer Prompt and/or Decline Offer Prompt in Settings.
• What is Split Accept Amount?
It changes the ACCEPT Offer form from one amount field to separate Base and Tip fields, with Total calculated automatically.
• What is a Multiplier Offer?
It lets you save one ACCEPT with multiple related names under one combined total amount.
• What does Total Time mean on an ACCEPT offer?
It is the time from when the ACCEPT Offer form opens until that offer is saved.
• How do I keep my data safe?
Use Backup & Restore regularly, and export TXT or CSV files when you want separate records.
